True Grit is True Great! Honest, dependable, friendly, respectful, professional. And the results? It's like having brand new pool tiles installed again without the heavy price tag. This family-owned business definitely brought some sparkle to my summer, and they left my back yard cleaner than it was when they got there!

I contacted True Grit Blasting Co and they were so accommodating about fitting me in during the busy season! Terrific job on removing the calcium build up off the pool tiles and in such a short amount of time. The owners are extremely professional, very responsive and knowledgeable. If you own a pool on the northwest side of town, you owe it to yourself to use this company! The water clears up within 10 hours and my pool is now sparkling once again!

True Grit Blasting Co. responded to my request for a quote immediately, let me know they were on a job, asked for my address to measure the linear footage of my pool and said they would hit me a quote emailed later that day. BAM... later that day, I accepted their quote, they scheduled me, should up on time, completed the job on time and were super professional! Highly recommend Holly and Tim of True Grit Blasting Co. So I had my pool redone a couple years ago and for those of you who live here in the Old Pueblo know that our water is hard, super hard. Well anyway after spending all that money on my pool renovation and then have a calcium line ring build up a around that shiny new tile and waterfall from the hot tub just infuriated me.
I saw Tim (owner of True Grit Blasting) in the parking lot of Fry’s and made some small talk. I picked up a couple cards and within a month had him out to blast my pool. I/we couldn’t be happier! The pool/hot tub turned out better than I thought. His wife (Holly) was quick to get me a quote and scheduled. They were out quickly to get the work done before we hosted a graduation party.
So, if you have a pool recently done or not and just want to get rid of the unsightly calcium ring plaguing your pool and or hot tub I highly recommend Tim and True Grit Blasting. They are prompt, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced.

Our pools waterfall is one of the first things you see when looking out into our backyard. The calcium buildup drove me crazy and with two little kids I didn’t have the time to get in there and scrub it. Holly and Tim made our pool look so beautiful!!! They were an absolute pleasure to work with, worked with our schedule, set reasonable expectations, and were punctual and professional. I will absolutely use them again!

Almost 2 months ago, we had a battery fire that consumed our golf cart. Part of the aftermath included a damaged and discolored aggregate driveway - see the first picture. After power washing failed to remove the discoloration and melted plastic and other debris, I contacted True Grit Blasting Co. That was the best decision I could've made. Tim and wife Holly were easy to work with and as the second picture demonstrates, they provide great service. My neighbors have reached out to me with remarks like, "We can't even tell there was any fire at all!" If you need services like the many they offer, don't hesitate to contact them. They are very professional, thorough, polite, easy to work with and affordable.

When looking for a company to tackle the calcium on our pool tiles I knew I wanted to find a locally owned and operated company. True Grit Blasting fit the bill perfectly. They were so easy to work with, and were so accommodating when our pool didn’t drain the way it was supposed to and they had to come back another day to do the job.
